Amendments to Ipswich City Council Planning Scheme – Auxiliary Unit and Dual Occupancies

Ipswich City Council has proposed amendments to their Planning Scheme to change the Auxiliary Unit and Dual Occupancy definitions.

The proposed amendment will:

  • Reduce the maximum gross floor area of an Auxiliary Unit from 65m² to 50m² and introduce a limit of one bedroom.
