Proposed changes to the Building Code of Australia in 2019 will include a number of minor changes for dwellings including new condensation management provisions and improvements to the acceptable construction practices for retaining walls, masonry and attached decks/balconies.
The energy efficiency provisions have been updated, however will be non-mandatory until 1 May 2020.
