The Council has adopted the QDC for design and siting. This means that unless specified in an estate POD, the maximum site cover for houses will be 50 percent.
Previous provisions in the Scheme allowing a site cover of up to 60 percent on lots less than 600 m2 have been removed.
Where the estate POD does not provide for higher site cover, a relaxation application will need to be made to Council.
