Storage Sheds and New Moreton Bay Planning Scheme
Under the new Moreton Bay Planning Scheme, a storage shed is not allowed on a residential or rural lot unless there is an existing house. However a shed may be allowed in rural residential and rural areas where there is a demonstrated rural use.
