Further Advice regarding likely delays with Ipswich plumbing applications
Further to our previous advice, Ipswich City Council now advise that levels from the “as constructed” drawings will need to be transferred to the site plan otherwise they will not accept the plumbing application.
To avoid delays we recommend obtaining the required information from “as constructed” drawings prior to lodging the building application.
