PCG and can assess your plans or as-built work to certify if they comply with the Livable Housing Design Guidelines.

The Livable Housing Design Guidelines have been developed by industry and the community to provide assurance that a home is easier to access and live in, as well more cost effective to adapt when life’s circumstances change.

We can work with clients at any stage of their project to ensure Silver, Gold or Platinum levels of design can be achieved. Once your design is certified, we will send you stamped documents with the LHA logo.  This will give your business a competitive marketing edge.

PCG can also help to register your property as Basic, Improved Livability, Fully Accessible, Robust or High Physical Support for Specialist Disability Accommodation with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIS).

This may help you achieve funding from NDIS to cover the costs of SDA.
