The Sunshine Coast Council advise flood information certificates now include projected effects of climate change at 2100. As a result prescribed finished floor levels may be above those identified in approved subdivisions. Therefore a flood certificate will have to be ordered for each new application irrespective of levels identified at the subdivision stage.
